POSITION SUMMARY

The Web Coordinator is responsible for supporting the maintenance, development and execution of the content for the corporate website, ecommerce portals and online presence.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education, and experience necessary for successful performance. These competencies are generally demonstrated through specific service, education, or training.

Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing communications as it pertains to brand identity, graphic design, online presence and enhancing the customer experience.

Skills & Abilities: Technical competencies in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word Office Suite. Demonstrated competencies in graphic design, web design and social media. Competencies in Google Analytics and Google Ad development a plus. Must be well organized, possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and be eager to learn.

Level of Experience: 2 yrs of professional online marketing experience

Level of Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in online marketing communications or equivalent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.

• Maintain and update website content
• Work closely with the IT Team and external resources to ensure web platforms are working and functioning properly
• Work with Product Management and Catalog Team to help develop online content to promote products, brand and ecommerce activity
• Develop and maintain monthly calendar of online activities
• Provide monthly summaries of web activity metrics and initiatives to manager with recommendations for improvement
• Work with manager to identify the metrics for measuring the success and effectiveness of web initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to ensure design and content align with brand standards
• Remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in ecommerce and web engagement.
